What type of flowers are most often left at memorials services or at cemetery headstones?

How many should be left and how much will this cost? Will the cemetery immediately dispose of the flowers? And what does the cemetery do with the flowers? I hate to just add to the waste problem with flowers that only get viewed for a few hours.

    Calla Lillies, Gladiolus and Roses top the list. For pricing, see your local florist. Cemeteries dispose of funeral arrangements once they have wilted. Green-conscious cemeteries mulch them.
